The team behind ArchAdemia.

The platform is founded by the directors of Studio RBA, a leading architecture firm in the north-west of England. The idea came from using step-by-step tutorials to train our own team. We found that graduates & young architects developed quicker with the aid of video training. If you combine our classes, resources and support network, you’ll accelerate your career by a number of years! Adam Morgan | Architectural Director

Hi, I’m Adam. I am the founder and director of Studio RBA, a team of 8 architects and CGI artists in the city centre of Liverpool, UK. The office is experienced in a wide range of building types and procurement routes, successfully winning projects with contract values of up to £80 million.

Jack Johnson | Architectural Director

Hi, I’m Jack. I am the founder and director of Studio RBA. I have a track record in the design and construction of new-build and heritage led refurbishment projects in residential and commercial sectors. My main specialisms are in high-end residential design and conservation architecture.

Radu Fulgheci | Senior Architect

Hi, I’m Radu. I’m an architect with over ten years of experience using many architectural design and modelling applications, for both professional and academic purposes. Working on challenging, high-profile projects, and international competitions.

Nicolas Turchi | Prof ' Advanced Digital Design

Hi, I'm Nicolas, a lecturer in Advanced Digital Design at Manchester School of Architecture & Professor in Computational and Parametric Design at the University of Bologna. I also hold a Masters in Architecture from the Harvard School of Design and University of Bologna.

Micol Romano | Senior Architect

Hi, I’m Micol. I'm a freelance Architect based in the US. I primarily work supporting architectural firms with production information and BIM management. I bring an extensive knowledge on collaboration and work-sharing between large multi-disciplinary teams.

Franck Tawema | 3D Design Specialist

Hi, I’m Franck. I’m a 3D designer with over ten years of experience. My body of work is located at the crossroads of Architecture, Design, and Technology. As a hobby, I like to build virtual experiences and immersive 3d pavilions that take multiple forms.

Kenny McNaughton | Managing Director

Hi, I'm Kenny, MD of our architectural practice, Studio RBA. I'm the primary tutor for our business and real world courses. My focus is on teaching designers of all levels how to make profit, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in the real-world of architecture & design.

Rob Jones | Senior Architect

Hi, I'm Rob, and I'm the person behind the download packs & resources here at ArchAdemia. I manage the creation of our wonderful templates, models and render scenes. I'm also a senior Architect at Studio RBA, where I've formulated the practice's brand standards and graphic output.
