This pack builds on the Architects Tool Kit by giving you 8 projects at varying stages, using all types of software. These examples are what we use in practice to achieve pre-application confidence, planning consent, building regulations consent, tender submissions by contractors and of course construction completion. In addition, we’ve thrown in a REALLY detailed planning report plus a few concept designs and 3d models to demonstrate our front end work too. This will give you a MASSIVE boost in your own career or if you’re considering going freelance or starting your own firm!

An 86-page planning report that outlines our approach to policy, access, design, massing and much more! File format is Adobe InDesign.– Building Regulations Pack
A comprehensive pack of drawings for a large house extension for the purpose of building regulations approval and start on site. Pack comes with PDF & DWG files.– RIBA Stage 4 Revit Model
An RVT file of a recent apartment block we’d designed, obtained planning consent and produced a set of pricing drawings for. All drawings are within the Revit model itself.– Warehouse Conversion
A detailed pack of drawings that are fit both tender and start on site purposes. This includes converting the existing shell into offices and a roof top extension clad in aluminium.– Media School Concept
An interesting project, where we’d been tasked to produce a new media school within an old industrial shed. This includes a concept drawing and SketchUp file.– Church Conversion
For the purposes of both planning and listed building consent, this pack includes PDF and DWG files of a very tricky church conversion!– Theatre Upgrade & New Hotel
Another stunning project, where we’d been tasked to renovate an existing theatre, adding new uses like weddings and concerts, plus the addition of a new hotel beside it.– Housing Project
A fiddly housing scheme on a sloping site, which brought us plenty of headaches! In addition, the conversion of an existing pub to the corner of the site.
